Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States. We are not shipping to Canada or other countries at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Poles and rods ship USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground; tripods ship UPS Ground.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Prism poles and rover rods: Ground shipping — flat $19.00 — 3–5 business days in transit.
Tripods: UPS Ground — flat $49.00 — 3–5 business days in transit.

One flat rate covers all the poles and rods in your order, and one flat rate covers all the tripods. An order that contains both ships in separate cartons and is charged one of each. Surveying poles and rods ship in specialized 59-inch cartons; tripods ship in heavy-duty cartons.

Delivery addresses

Please provide a street address; carriers cannot deliver these cartons to PO boxes. A signature may be required for high-value orders.

Damaged or lost shipments

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, contact us at brad@starviewmarketing.com within 5 days of the delivery date. We will file the carrier claim and make it right with a replacement or full refund — you will never be left waiting on a carrier claim.
